Thanks to the talents of the students and staff of the Emerald Coast Technical College, citizens will soon be seeing a new art exhibit at the Barrier-Free park to the West of City Hall.  This project will feature life-sized metal silhouette sculptures of native wildlife so that children (and adults) can get a sense of scale for these local creatures.
