Special Events Permit Application

All applications MUST be submitted 45 days prior to event for approval. Applications will be denied if within 45 days. 
All applications must be notarized before submission. Please contact City Hall if you need a notary-we have several on staff and it is free for citizens of Freeport.

Please submit completed applications to Anne McKenzie at amckenzie@freeportflorida.gov or to city reception at City Hall.
