Elizabeth Haffner

Elizabeth Haffner was re-elected for a 4 year term ending in 2026.  Elizabeth has been a resident of Walton County since 2013, moved to Freeport in June of 2015.  We chose Freeport because it is a small town with a big heart.  Elizabeth graduated from Houston Baptist University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.  Elizabeth's background in business is a benefit to the city and the community, as an HR professional for over 17 years, with a focus on policy, procedure and understanding the budget process.

Elizabeth serves on the board of the Freeport Christmas Angels as the treasurer, this is a 501c3 charity that benefits children of Freeport during the Christmas season assisting in gifts for families in need.
