The City of Freeport’s Billing & Customer Service Department provide customers with superior utility support services, maintain both water and wastewater support, as well as billing and account services.  

Our core values are integrity, accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continual improvement.  We will conduct ourselves in an honest, trustworthy, and ethical manner.  We will work together to provide quality customer service and use all available resources to meet the needs of our customers.
